My printer died today also. Except there really was nothing wrong with it. My Canon printer said that the used ink sump was full. I tried everything to reset it with no luck including all of the you tube videos. Just had to go back to Wally World and get a new one. It is kind of funny (not really) that the two ink cartridges cost more than the printer itself.
