The Yankees don't have to prove that they can beat Johnson or Schilling, just that they can beat the Diamondbacks. The Yankees have proven this postseason that they can win a game started by Schilling.

Of course the DBs haven't proven they can beat the Rocket so I guess you may as well just end the series now.

Oh, looking at your list of teams coming back from a 3-2 deficit, I notice that the last time a team came back against the Yankees from a 3-2 deficit was 1926 (thats a long time ago -- Though not as long as 1918 )
