I am Vietnam Era - I served all my time at Khe Sahn on
the DMZ. Went to Vietnam with the 26th Marine Combat
Regiment - We were the first Marine combat group to enter
the country in the summer of 1966. Khe Sahn went thru the
Tet Offensive and the 77 day seige off the base.
I was awarded Silver & Bronze Stars for combat, and Purple
Hearts for my being wounded, and currently have a 100%
combat related disability, partly having agent orange in my
system .....
