I had emailed Luis in Oct. 7 2020. He discontinued his land line phone because of spam. So all he has is his cell phone. He said his health is not the best, not life threatening, but just disabling . HE is unable to do any chip transactions as he can`t get to post office. I`ve known Luis for many years , both of us collected Playboy chips, we attended the convention together in 2006 and 2007, they we the good ole days. Pics of Luis, Silly Billy from Philly and me.
