I was given some chips by a friend and I was wondering if anyone has any information on this chip.

The text on one side says "2nd Annual Women in Poker Hall of Fame June 2009.
The other side has a picture of Cyndy Violette with a purple background.
It's a NCV chip. simple black and white design.
I don't know anything about this chip other than all the other chips I was given were from California. Any help is appreciated.
