A lot of people just don't understand that you can still use old stamps as postage these days. A few weeks ago I was at the post office in my new city and had a letter with a few older stamps on it and the cage critter mentioned to me that someone was putting really old stamps on some letters. I had to tell her that it was probably me. I just bought about 50 prestamped envelopes at an estate sale for a few bucks. That is in addition to about $700 that I still have in stamps going back over 100 years that I bought from collections. Every time I send out an envelope I put a few of the old stamps on it. I gotta get my act together and put some more stuff on Ebay just so I can get rid of some of these stamps when mailing the items.
