While I was membership officer I began an email reminder program. I worked in putting emails into the database, correcting wrong or out of date, etc. The way I had it set up, an email would go out and a postcard to those with no email. No renewal within a certain time frame then a postcard was mailed. I do mot know if that is still being used.
