Bob I was there in 1969 Providence & Grand Turk ...There were nothing but salt flats large windmills turning to drain the water so they could scrape and rake up all the salt it was so strange thing totally black skinned people with white salt all over them when they would come into the bar I stayed at a rooming house for six dollars a night
