The only link I can find is that Craywood bought out Mecca in 1968 although it was a little more complicated than that but at least there may be some logic as to why those chips were recycled.
Mind you, the same article says that they opened 8 clubs in the London suburbs and provinces but only 3 are shown on the guide.
