My wife booked rooms at a different hotel (4 free nights is hard to pass up), but I saw the call to book using our block and asked her to switch. When she clicked through, the link says no rooms available using the code, so prevailing rates and resort fees apply. Is it true that all of the block has been taken? Or did we do something wrong (besides not booking them at South Point earlier)?
