The Protocols that are set up by South Point are the ones we must follow no matter what the State or anyone else determines. As of today, our Exhibition Hall is limited to 400 people total, Dealer tables are to be 6 feet apart and not connected unless the dealers have bought more than I table. Masks are still required to enter the Casino and all its areas unless you are eating or drinking. When checking in to the hotel your temperature will be scanned.
The meeting rooms are limited to 35 people. We have at our disposal the Banquet area in Exhibition Hall D (next door) for any and all larger gatherings.
South Point on June 1 possibly sooner will notify me of any changes in their protocols concerning us.
The CCA Newsletter will be delayed until June 2 to communicate any and all changes to our Convention.
So if you are planning on attending the seminars please consider being the Seminar monitor and help us stay within the protocols. It will only be for one hour and you may find the meeting interesting. I will be available for any concerns throughout the convention. My phone number will be given to all volunteers.
