If we venture a value on any chip - which people ask here from time to time - it could only be if one of us has personal information as to what a chip might be worth (for example, if we bought or sold one in the recent past). Or, if we look up information from eBay or another source, which you are equally able to do. Anything else would be guessing. We risk an Ethics Violation if we merely make up a value for you (or anyone else).
