Here's a screenshot of 3 pairs of plaques, all from Hollywood Park.

The ones you question are the 2 red pairs on the left. (I think they ARE the same.)

On the other pairs of plaques, the bottom examples are samples & are notched. Note that the CG numbers of the bottom row are all consecutive, which would seem to indicate that the bottom left plaque was a notched sample also. However, I don't see any notches in that picture. Therefore, I think it is the same as the red one above it, and that it should be eliminated as a duplicate.
