But I believe I have already proven that AC chips inserts go all the way thru with my pictures. Also AC gaming requires that the inserts not be worn off and are to be permanent. Painted inserts go against the AC gaming laws as the paint would wear off, and would not be approved to be place as live chips on tables. Our discussion has been about AC chips only but I'm sure LV gaming have their own set of laws regarding the inserts. Perhaps when LV casinos feel they have to remove chips from the tables because they are to worn, eventually one can not redeem them. In AC, all retired live chips are redeemable.
