I'm sure some casino executives are heartless pigs but most arn't.
I feel certain that company Presidents and Owners have put tremendous pressure on Managers to get productivity out of front line workers to make up for losses that are out of everyones control.
Managers should make a stand for their workers but those same managers fear for their jobs too.
A circle of fear!
