You stated "The reason this was done is the chips were needed in a short space of time." Again, the AC gamming commission would not approve painted on inserts to be used on live games.

You stated "I actually saw the Paulson records on the Showboat and Bally's." Perhaps once all the approvals were signed off on the prototype, the casinos placed the order. That is the most likely event that explains these fake/prototypes chips.

If they had casino wear then those inserts would have been gone. I have no explanation as to why they weren't notched or cancelled.

I don't doubt that Archie had them listed, simply because once the casino placed an order from Paulson and the approved chips were signed off on, they were used on live tables.
