Caesars would not cash them in but Bally's would if the chips were authentic.
I would not try to cash them in knowing they are fake and would be subject to arrest. I say fake with 100 percent confidence because I've had two 100.00 Park Place chips at the same time. When you look at the the center inlay, the little dots a little outside of the inlay have to line up perfectly with the inlay. I've had one that did and the other did not, the one that does not is fake. Also the AC gamming commission would never allow a chip on the table with painted inserts. For the record, I have no idea who made them. And yes, I would consider myself an expert in AC chips as I have been collecting them for over 30 years.
