Do you know when that catalog was published? I notice on that page that the John Huxley Co is offering chips not only on the their Jockey mold, but also on the Square in Circle mold. My understanding was that the SqinCr mold was owned by the Portland Card Co. until ASM bought it from Portland in 1999/1998

ASM first offered it to the public on their website in 2002.

If that catalog pre-dates 1998, that might be an indication that the Portland Card Co. sub-licensed that mold to Huxley, and possibly other companies.
