eBay is forcing all sellers to use their new managed payments but buyers can still use PayPal to pay for any items they purchase. As a seller you will no longer get your funds sent to your PayPal account, it will have to go to a linked bank account. eBay is pushing to have ALL users on managed payments by the end of this year!
