I think this MOP is NOT
In Response To: Re: The people in Rio say "Cassino Copacabana Pala ()

NOT fom Cassino Copacabana ( Brazilians use the word CASSINO instead CASINO).
The Hotel Copacabana with Casino was opened only on 1923. So I think it never used MOPs.
I show some pictures published in the 75Th anniversary of the Hotel, where we can see the jetons and plaques ( and the registration of the FICHAS ( jetons).

The Casino was closed on 1946.
So worked in the period 1923-1946.

Though made in Spain; I doubt for CUBA.
Speculation
I agree it has to be a close (similar) purpose.
