Could be a account thing and how the seller has his account set up. I am just a low end nothing special seller on feebay. I have had a few buyers buy more than one chip or token and want a discount. I tell them to wait if they happen to ask ahead of time and I will invoice them so I can give them a discount. I do my best to not make a profit on shipping. Maybe the seller has a simular account so he can not add the shipping with discounts. Same as me.
