This post will acknowledge my past mis-use of certain images from the chip guide ... Last year while listing on eBay chips from foreign countries that most people have never seen before I went ahead and used postcards and hotel images (no chips) from these locations that were property of the chip guide ...No malice was intended and since I was a Contributor, I thought (a) I was trying to educate potential members customers etc. (b) being a member of the Museum of gaming history ... (c) and stating images courtesy of the chip Would suffice.

Well I was wrong and I apologize for the use of those images and problems resulting from this ... It was explained to me that if the copyright material was not protected than the veil of private property protected would not apply .... Since then I have been educated on the subject and the workings of the chip guide I will continue to donate images not yet in the library and I thank you for reading this post ....
