I have a Nevada chips in lucite collection. I think of them as separate from my chip collection. Some are easy to find and others are very rare. Prices vary based on factors that others have mentioned. There's a group of chips encased in rectangular lucite that say "Authentic Casino Chip." I think these were made with relatively common chips and made to be a collectible and not by the casino. I don't collect them but to each his own. Why care about price for something you don't collect.
