Ebay has just added an envelope rate that apparently has tracking. It popped up on one of my sold listings as a 71-cent option. I had offered budget 75-cent shipping in a regular envelope, but this new option can offer tracking protection if the customer denies receiving it.

There are several size requirements for this rate - under 3 ounces, standard envelope sizes, no thicker than 1/4 inch.
