I never had a problem getting in. I typically wore a suit and tie, and real shoes.I never had to pay a fee, after the first time I visited they gave me a card, and after that I just showed them my card and my passport. In fact on at least 2 occasions I wore my flight jacket, a pair of slacks, and a pair of loafers. No problem. I can understand them not allowing tourists in wearing shorts, a tee shirt, and sneakers. The rules were pretty much the same in all private gaming clubs throughout Europe.
