~~~ would be willing to ship anywhere the USPS or Carrier ships... as I would love to see the day where every chip seller, anywhere, would be willing to ship where their postal sedvice or Carrier ships to.
Yesterday, I received a chip from a seller in Germany who, initially, was unwilling to ship to the United State, and stating so in his eBay sale.
I had given it my best shot in purchasing the chip via the eBay system and, virtually came to the end of the road in doing so... with all the back-and-fort of sending messages and receiving messages from the seller explaining the situation as far as going to his post office and finding out what the total cost would be for shipping the one chip to the United States of America.
After several days of waiting, the seller informed me that there would be a cost of 44,99€ from Germany and within the several days of waiting I had to play around with eBay for not paying for what I purchased... and the gig came to the point of the seller saying that I can cancel my purchase if I want to without there being any problem which, I had no intention of doing.
It got to the point where the seller was now willing to help and, explain to me that in 14 days he will be visiting his daughter in Switzerland, where he will go to the post office to see what the cost would be for mailing me the chip from there.
In the interim; the seller and I tried to convince eBay that the transaction was still alive and awaiting total costs to ship to the United States. We settled that and those results were posted here by someone not connected to the transaction as seen on eBay.
On the night of the 14th day, the seller emailed me that he had arrived in Switzerland and will go to the post office the following morning along with letting me know what the shipping charge will be..It was 20,00€. I agreed, and the seller shipped and in 7 days I had my chip.
Where there is a will, there is a way...
Let's all be willing so we can all enjoy our hobby to the fullest...
