When you say loss, it depends on the costs and face value. Not sure if they can get the price to less than $1 a chip, those might be a loss.

But all the $5 and up are pure profit (but may not be recognize as such until they stop redeeming the issue because they need to keep cash reserves in hand 'in case' the chips come back into the cage)
