Just doing a little research on WC's Desert Inn today. Found this interesting --

Only in early LV would a Sky Room Cocktail Lounge be featured on the 2nd (or 3rd?) story of the complex. Nowadays, to be a noteworthy top-of-the-resort feature, you need to be atop the Strat's tower!
