Though, so far; we haven't found the exact CI on a chip or any document associated with the city of Royat and, even though we know the names of the two casinos from there back then, we have not yet determined what the CC on the obvers is along with the CI on the reverse and in the same exact location under the denomination, but we do assume it is there for a very good reason.
