Nothing in the destruction regs that you quoted says anything about reporting or recording the numbers of chips and tokens destroyed.

I think the original question was about how could one find out what the float is on a discontinued/destroyed chip. Nevada gaming regs don't make that info required. ...at least not how I read them. The casino is probably able to write outstanding debt off their books after issuing a redemption notice expiration date, but, the outstanding chip numbers are still info that collectors will have a hard time accessing.
