I had one of the chips.
I handed it to a Paulson salesman who was a friend of mine in Vegas.
He took it back to the office, checked it out and confirmed it was genuine.
Same applies to the Bally's Park Place.
Gene Trimble was with me, he was the one that posted the info here. I have no idea where in the archives it is, I'm going to guess it was Jan/Feb 2008.
The chip in question was consigned to the Club Auction and appears in the 2008 catalog, lot 125.
Only reason I queried it was it didn't look right and it was important to check as it was going in auction.
From memory the consignor had 2 or 3 each of the Showboat and Bally's at that time.
