...the NHRA traveling nitro circus is in Las Vegas for their second national event of this season this weekend. I wanted to work this race, but my request got turned down (the only time SUMMIT FastNews has said no to me, but they did so because everybody wants to work the Vegas races, so I got the April event as my one pick of the two.)

Steinbrenner has sponsored a New York Yankees top fuel dragster racing the circuit this year, the car driven by Mike Dunn. It is one bad hotrod! I'd been interested in knowing what the odds are for the Yankees car to win top fuel this weekend. Here's a link to a photo of the car.
