Scan of 2 I'll be mailing tomorrow-I use a safe-t-mailer in #10 envelope.
You could make one yourself using a piece of cardboard and removing the paper off one side
then folding it over and putting it in the #10 envelope. So far never have had a problem with customs
to any Country. Postage shown is good for up to 2 oz's. It is considered a letter you are sending.
