I picked up this $10 GREAT PROVIDER chip recently in a group of old chips from Reno, New Condition chip with full crosshatching. Does this mean Burt, 1950-60's?

Does anyone know anything about the GREAT PROVIDER?
The Will's Sample with it is listed on my ebay now.
