I was not lucky to buy it, unfortunately I was too late.
In the back we can read:
"This is the only Casinò with employees from Casino Municipale di San Remo. Same maximum bet of San Remo"

This plaques are aluminium with glued paper.

No knowns jetons from surroundings of Torino besides Bardonecchia. my hunt is still open.
