I guess the Dennis chip is from 1943. The DENNIS chip is not in the USPC records. I always thought that the vast majority of USPC chips that are not in the records are from the period 1939-1947. The last chip that I know of made by USPC is a BPOE incorporated in 1947. Then again it is only what I know from my chips.

I have a personal chip made by a USPC worker (who made club chips) that he believes was made in 1950 (give or take). Just random bits of knowledge.
