First, the original Moulin Rouge was only open for a few months in
1955. That said, I believe the rectangle mould 100s were ordered for
money clips only. I used to see them for sale in the gift shops around
town in the 70s. I remember prying a few off. All the other ones I found
were small key. Again, this my theory only, I could be wrong.
