DENNIS refers to Dennis Sammut. I believe he was the son of the founder of Artichoke Joe’s, Joe Sammut. Wiki says the current owner of Artichoke Joe’s Casino is Dennis Sammut. Either Dennis is very old or he is Dennis, jr. I’m sure others can correct me
