I have to think that it is a SW/WS. I looked at the letter S in bunch of typefaces. If it is not symmetrical, the bottom half is a little bigger than the top, just like this one . When I flip the image the S looks a little strange. I'm no expert but, just saying. And I have no idea where it's from.
