I would think twice before I did that. When that kind of attack happens, it seriously affects the ability of an ISP to provide service. If he reported that to his ISP, you could be prosecuted for it. Especially if your were encouraging others to do the same.

I, too, get tired of his spams, but I am just going to filter them to the trash can.
