I didn't know plastic shields counted as a mask. I was told (perhaps erroneously) that they could be used as "additional" protection to keep your eyes and face shielded, but it doesn't prevent you from breathing out virus. Maybe that is a state by state distinction.

Its good to see places looking lively again. People are getting their vaccine and feeling invincible I guess. I, like the rest of the world, hope it REALLY is the end of this craziness.
