Salice Terme, renowed Thermal station close to Pavia, half way between Milano and Genova.

The Casino opened in 1910 and closed in 1924 in the rooms of Villa Esperia Kursaal.
It opened again after the WWII, but it was closed for good soon, like all the others italian casinos.
