Tomorrow morning, I begin my schlep across the loneliest highway to Denver CO from Reno NV. People have asked me to grab $0.50, $1.00, $5.00 chips; matchbooks; ashtrays from open casinos along the way. If there's anything else I can pilfer, I'll be your robberbarry.
I'm also going to endeavor to stop at every "casino that used to be" (52 total) and take my picture with a chip from that actual casino (I'm only missing 8) and maybe some video to dub over later if/when I find time to come up with some history or stories. Should make for an interesting documentary. To that end, there are several casinos that don't have complete addresses in the Chip Rack or Chip Guide. Example: 50 Club in McGill NV. Just says Hwy 93, and back in 1945-1958, that's probably about all the address you needed. But if anyone has latitude/longitude, or something more descriptive for any casinos missing addresses in the Chip Rack, send them my way. Probably best to email it, or leave a reply in this thread.
Itinerary:
Sunday, Reno to Ely (skipping Carson City, Virginia City as they're close), so really starting the tour in Silver Springs NV
Monday, Ely to Grand Junction (Baker will be final Nevada stop)
Tuesday, Grand Junction to Denver, with planned stops in Central City and Blackhawk
To see the list of obsolete casinos I'm planning to visit, follow this link to a PDF version. A "Y" in the Locate column means I don't have a specific address. Any assistance you can provide would be most appreciated.

Quick Note to TCR gents: Address for Miners Club, Ely is typo'd. There is no "Autumn St". Probably should be "Aultman St" like most of the other casinos in that town.
