~~~ I often wonder how many casinos there were in other spa and resort towns in other European countries where change of governments may have destroyed inventories and internal records where some of the monogrammed, only, chips we have may never be identified...

Even with a name such as this; I have not found anything to identify in searching spa towns in Europe.
