If you have Outlook Expres you can block any sender. First highlight a message from the sender that you want to block. Click on MESSAGE at the top of the window. Click on BLOCK SENDER. Answer YES to the nexr 2 questions. From then on any e-mails from that sender will be deleted before you even see them.
