10 Peso Notes From the Philippines issued by Japan
The scans you posted of the 10 peso notes are called “WW II Japanese Occupation” money from the Philippines issued by the Japanese Government. I don’t happen to know what the quantity printed was but I do know it was very high and there were plenty to go around! That’s why you see so many of them in such good shape today. While not a valuable note they are great conversation pieces.

Your top scan is the first issue (1942) and came in denominations of 1, 5,10, & 50 Centavos and 1, 5, 10 Pesos. The note you show is a catalogue number P-108. Judging by the scan your note looks like a grade of VF (corner wear and folds) looks like no tears. There is not much difference in price from a ‘good’ to an ‘UNC’ on these due to the number printed and preserved. Scan color can be mis-leading sometime so I’ll give both prices if it’s on WHITE paper VG .10 VF .15 UNC 30 BUFF paper VG .15 VG 30 UNC .80 bear in mind this is from an old price guide and I doubt if the price has gone up much since then(pennies maybe). It is a nice note.

Your bottom scan is a second issue and came in denominations of 1, 5, 10, 100, & 500 Pesos. Your note is a catalogue number P-111 and I would grade it as Very Fine (assuming corners folded under and not torn off and folds), otherwise Fine (makes Very little difference on this note anyway). The monument is Rizal monument and has banana tree as watermark. From my older price guide from several years back, it shows the price on the 5 & 10 peso notes to be the same: VG .15 VF 35 UNC 1.00 The other denominations (of the second issue) up to the 500 peso fair poorly as well, the highest valued note out of this series is a particular UNC 1 Peso note valued at $7.50. While my book is not current I would not expect the price to be much different. It too is a nice note, better'n mine!

Below are a few of mine, notice some of mine are of that special ‘rtty’ grade (rtty = Ratty) vbg . But I won’t replace them, as some were ‘hand carried’ back by an uncle who was a pilot in WWII. Some he must have ‘foot carried’ too! rofl
