Happening a lot to me. From my experience, the mail eventually gets there.

If you think your package is taking to long, go to the USPS website and file a “Missing Mail” complaint. As long as you have some sort of tracking # (even if it is just a 1st class #), it makes the PO make an effort to find it and email you with the updates.
