Received an email promotion for NoMad, which is a hotel-within-a-hotel at MGM Park on the Las Vegas strip.
MGM Park holds the gaming license, but NoMad promotes an exclusive boutique casino for their hotel guests. Not open to the general public; only NoMad guests, I think, though could be wrong on that.
TheNoMad casino touts a high-end baccarat area (uses MGM Park chips, I assume). Also, photo in the linked webpage shows a roulette table, using "A" table roulette chips from MGM Park.

The MGM Park series of roulettes on MOGH / ChipGuide shows tables "C" through "G". No "A" or "B" tables shown currently.
So... the NoMad roulette table likely is the location of "A" roulettes. No guarantees. Can anyone confirm?
As for Table "B" ... no clue here.
