at least 50 of them showed up at the COVID vaccination site I attended, and had to fill out forms indicating their names and addresses, and were unable to do so without assistance from a worker. Said worker was unable to speak whatever language at least 10 illiterates spoke thereby further delaying the vaccination lines. When the Good Lord scrambled our brains after we tried to build the Tower of Babel, he did a good job of it!
