Is the new MOGH "Moulin Rouge" exhibit at the Neon Museum in the "free" area (where you enter) or do you need to pay entry fee?

I've toured the Neon Museum several times already. But would like to stop in to see the exhibit in June, during the convention (hopefully!!)
